Welcome to Modern Drop Taxi. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Confirmation:

• Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or website.

• A confirmation will be provided upon successful booking.

• Last-minute bookings are subject to availability.

2. Fare & Charges:

• Base fare starts from ₹13/km for one way trips.

• Additional charges:

  • Driver Bata: ₹300 per day for round trips, ₹300 (₹600 for 400+ km) for drop trips

  • Hill Station Charges: ₹300

  • Toll and Interstate Permit: Extra, as applicable

  • Waiting Charges: ₹2 per minute (excluding 30 min for food breaks)

3. Minimum Running KMs:

• Drop Trips: 130 km/day minimum

• Round Trips: 250 km/day (300 km/day for Bengaluru)

4. Cancellation Policy:

• Free cancellation up to 4 hours before scheduled pick-up.

• Late cancellations may incur a nominal fee.

5. Luggage & Capacity:

• Sedan: 3 suitcases max

• SUV: 4 suitcases max

• Overloading luggage may result in refusal of service.

6. Driver Conduct:

Our drivers are professionally trained and expected to behave respectfully. Please report any misconduct immediately.

7. Liability:

Modern Drop Taxi is not liable for:

• Delays due to traffic or weather

• Loss of personal belongings

• Any unforeseen event beyond our control

8. Modifications:

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
